Since the slats support the brunt of your weight while you push back to relax in the chair, these start wobbling with time. It is a good idea to repair a shaking slat before it completely comes lose, and Fevikwik offers easy repair. Apply drops of Fevikwik to the edges of the shaking slat, and quickly push it firmly back in place. Hold in place until the slat bonds with the wooden frame and no longer moves or wobbles when you apply gentle pressure with just one finger. Let the glue dry overnight before using the chair again.
