Yes, Fevikwik can repair the broken handle of a wicker basket. Give the broken reeds a good brushing to remove any dust, dirt and grime. Weave the reeds/slats back together as best as you can, slip in the handle, and apply tiny drops of Fevikwik to stick the reeds back in place. Allow the basket to dry overnight before trying to use the handles to lift it up.
